[INTRODUCTION <-> MUST READ]
[Part A]
Press Ctrl+E when your on Net Tools, and you will see a IP Scanner pop up. Now, do this. Make sure your Ps2 Is ONLINE, and in a room, or somewhere online, now, as your start address, say it is 192.168.0.57, make your start address be 192.168.0.0 if your start address is like that, basicly make sure the last number after the period is 0, and make sure it is the only number, other then that, don't change anything. Uncheck Resolve IP's To Their Host Name, and then press Begin Scan. Wait until it hits .255, and then you will have a list of IP's, the number of IP's listed, should be the same number of things connected to the internet through your router, like lets say you have 2 computers and 3 playstations connected through your router, so that means you will have 5 IP's listed, etc. etc.

Now, press Shift+Ctrl+F6 and move the IP Scanner with the list of IP's to the side. Now, look in the bottom right corner for another IP, that IP should match one of those listed. DO NOT TRY THAT IP. This works better if your on the briefing room list, type in an IP over the 127.0.0.1, aka the top bar, and leave Data the same, and move the speed bar all the way to the right on the UDP Flooder, if it does not pop up when you press Shift+Ctrl+F6, go to File, then go to Network Tools, then click on UDP Flooder.

MAKE SURE THE SPEED BAR IS ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT AT NUMBER 10. Now, type in an IP, and then press start, now, scroll up and down your briefing room list and if it is completely frozen, then move on to Part D. If you only experience no lag at all when scrolling up and down the list, then press Stop on the UDP Flooder, and then put in the next IP on the list. Keep trying this until you get completely frozen, if you find one where you get little lag but not completely frozen when you press start, move onto Part C.

[Part B]
Press Shift+Ctrl+F6 on Net Tools, a UDP Flooder program will pop up, If it does not pop up, go to File, go to Network Tools, then go to the UDP Flooder.

Type in your Ps2's IP in the top box, over 127.0.0.1, and move your speed bar all the way to the right, MAKE SURE IT IS ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT AT NUMBER 10. Make sure your Ps2 is online, at the briefing room list, and then press start, if you get completely frozen, then move onto part D, if you get little lag but not a lot, move onto part C, if you don't get any lag at all, you do not have your right Ps2 IP and you need to go to Part A to find one.

[Part C]
Since you are experiencing very little lag, you must do this everytime you start up Net Tools and open up the UDP Flooder, after you put in your Ps2's IP, look at the line below it, and it should say Data. Replace Data with the following:DataDataDataDataDataDataDataData

Then, press Start, and you should be completely frozen, if not, you do not have the right IP and should start back at Part A. If it goes well, go onto part D.

[Part D]
Now since you are able to freeze your Playstation 2 at anytime while connected online, you can do many glitches that can only happen with 'random lag', such as Two Maps at Once on Socom 2, etc. etc. Look at the following list below on how to do glitches in Socom 2.

[Part E]
Since you have a wireless connection, there is no way you are able to do these glitches. By Using Net Tools, you can only simulate Stand-By, which means you are able to do a lot of known cord pulling glitches, etc. with it. If you wish to do the below glitches, you must have your Ps2 and PC connected through ethernet cords to the router, some wireless routers allow you to do this, while others don't, if you wish to do this, you must make sure everything is wired.

Giltchs That You Can Do With Net Tools

[Climb into anything Without Claymores/Mines on Something you Can't hang off of]
Run along side the thing you want to climb into, just make sure your close enough to a ledge that you still see the climb icon, and when facing the wall, press X, then press Start and count to three, then press stop, and you should teleport into where you wanted to climb, while on other screen's you climbed in.

[Climb into anything Without Claymores/Mines on Something you can hang off of]
Start to hang, pull up on your analog stick so you start to climb up and as soon as your shoulders go above the box, press start, wait one second, then press stop, and you should be in it.

[Boot Entire Room While in-game]
You can only do this as host, simply just press start for thirty to fourty-five seconds and then press stop, and everybody or atleast a good number of people should get booted.

[Stop Entire Room until you feel like it]
On the Map Loading Screen, simply press start, and sit there and as long as you have start on, it will not let anybody inside the game, this can only be done as host as far as we know.

[Random Armory]
Game must not be started. Go into armory as a terrorist, pick the first character, and then highlight his first accessory as a M67, and then press O and then keep pressing left, then press start/stop over and over while pressing left and when you see the OICW FRAGS press start, and then keep hiting square and left alot and fast and keep button bashing while pressing start/stop, and it should stay, then from there, go up to the M16A2, and do the same thing to get OICW Frags to stay, just do it to get the OICW to stay. Now, customize, and then press triangle and then yes and then triangle again to get back into the lobby. Now just green up and in-game, your dead-armory should be locked, and each time you spawn, you will get a random armory no matter what map it is, like At-4 as Frostfire as Terrorists.

[OICW]
Make sure game is started, join the game as terrorist, and then go to armory, pick first character, then do what you do with Random armory, but this time since game is started, you won't pop in with a random armory, you will pop in with OICW.
(NOT PERFECTED)

[Freeze in Air]
Simply press start where you want to freeze, and then press stop when you want to get out of being frozen in air, YOU WILL DIE WHEN YOU HIT THE GROUND.

[Die from any height jump]
Just run, jump, and once your in the air, press start, hold it for three-four seconds, and then press stop, and you will fall and die.

[Spawn Transparent]
Once your ready to spawn, press X, and as soon as you press X, press Start, and you will see yourself transparent, simply press stop when your ready to get out of transparency.

[Blow up RPG/AT-4 Heat Round in Mid-Air]
Get out your RPG/AT-4 Heat, aim it at a solid target, you can't aim it at the sky, after that, simply press R1 to shoot it, and when the RPG gets where you want it to blow up, press start, wait three+ seconds depending on how far the solid target is from where you want your RPG to blow up, then press top, your RPG should blow up whereever you aimed it at your screen instantly, but on others it should blow up where you press started.

[Make People Spawn but Not be able to Move]
You can only do this as host, basicly press start when your disc stops spinning on the game loading screen, and hold it for twenty-thirty seconds, and then press stop, you should spawn but some others will be frozen as if they pulled their cord for too long.

[Climb into anything using Ladder]
Climb the ladder, and when your getting off, as soon as you see your arms go like your about to get off, press start, and then wait two seconds, then press stop, you should teleport to the bottom of the ladder, inside the thing the ladder is attached to.

[Climb anywhere you want around a ladder]
Simply go up to a ladder, and then press X, then press start and then right after that, stop, then press start and then stop again when you see yourself go toward the ladder, and you will then stop in that place, if it is close to the ladder then you will be able to climb all the way up.

[Play Two Games at Once]
This has only worked in Respawn to Respawn for us, simply as host, get ready to press start, and another member with the UDP Flooder gets ready to press start, and at the same time, goes to Abort and highlights Yes to abort. Have the host press start, and once he does, two seconds later the person presses yes on abort, once he gets the aborting screen, have the host press stop, and he should still be inside the game on the host's screen when he is actually at the online main menu, have the person now pick a differient room, can be same map if you want, and it has to be in the same briefing room, then have him when he press X on join this game, have his press start stop, and then press it once more, and then you should be in the game, and still in the game on the host's screen in the other room, now simply just press ready, start then stop, and then you should be inside the game on that game, and also still inside that other game.

[Transparent Hostages]
Take the hostages to the extraction, and once they hit the extraction and you see them start to become transparent, hit Start, and then keep it on as long as you want the hostages to stay transparent. Then press Stop.

[Late Hostage Death]
Simply as host, right before people start to shoot the hosties, press start, and as long as you hold it in, the hosties will not become damaged, until you press stop, then they die.

[Hosties Float in Mid air]
Simply as host, when they are in mid-air from being shotgunned or blown by a grenade, press start, then as long as you hold it in, they will float in mid air.

[New Way of Duplicating Bomb]
Go up to a ledge when you have bomb, you cannot do this while host, look down at the ground so you have the drop bomb and climb icon, select Drop bomb, and as soon as you press X on it, press start, then stop a second later, then press X over and over while pressing start/stop, and you will climb the ledge, and you will not have the bomb anymore, then if you did it right, stop and look at the ground while not moving, and it will give you the option to drop bomb.

[One Vote Glitch]
This will not work as host and will not work in respawn, simply highlight Vote on the person you want to vote, and then press X, and as soon as you do, press start, then stop, then start, then stop, over and over until the tac menu disappears, if done correctly, the person should get voted out.
Also, you can just highlight vote, press X and then as soon as you do, press start, and then wait three-four seconds, and then press stop, and he will get voted out.

[Prone Port]
Simply run at the thing you want to teleport to, and it has to be level or an inch above you, otherwise you won't make it, and hit triangle hard while running foward, and as soon as you do, press start, and then count anywhere from one to ten seconds and the longer you count, the farther you go, ten-fifteen seconds is usually the lucky number that makes people just move one inch. Doing this on a downward slant facing down will result in death basicly.

[Enowapi at Dark]
Simply do the Prone Teleport on a Bridge and the map will become dark until you get off the bridge, also will work if you do the MGL's blow up in mid air glitch, it will stay dark until you press X to climb the ladder. This only works on your screen though.

[MGL's blow up wherever you want]
Simply fire the MGL and when it goes to where you want it to blow up, press start, then wait three-four seconds, then press stop, it should blow up on the ground but on everybody else's screen it blows up in mid air where you pressed Start.

[Two+ People on a Ladder]
Go to the top of a ladder, and you cannot do this as host, simply press X on the ladder, as soon as you do, press start, then stop a split second later, then you should get on the ladder, while on everybody else's screen you will be floating up and down it. Now simply everybody until the last person gets on, they have to keep doing that, the last person simply then goes to the ladder and hits X to climb and he will climb like normal.

[Bouncing Grenades]
Simply throw a grenade, once you see it leave your hand and in mid air, press start, then wait two seconds, press stop, you should see your grenade bounce up ten feet in the air and then blow up, while on other people's screen, you throw two-three grenades, the last one being the one to blow up.

[Late Grenade]
When the grenade is about to blow up, simply just press start, and it will not blow up until you press stop.

[Late C4]
When the C4 is about to blow up, simply press start, and it will not blow up until you press stop.

[Shoot Multiple Rockets]
Simply once you press R1 to shoot your rocket, press start and stop over and over until the rocket blows up, and on everybody's screen you would of shot 2-3 rockets at once, one being the only one to explode

[Stop RPG/AT-4 in front of people]
Basicly do the Blow up RPG/AT-4 in mid air glitch, but stop it in front of somebody, and it will just sit there in mid air wiggling around until you press stop then it blows up.

[DNAS BYPASS]
During dnas screen, you CANNOT HAVE the secret on until the DNAS logo dimly appears, now, you must use this combination of pressing start/stop, on the bar that moves back and forth, do it in this motion, whenever the bar moves the first time back and forth, press start/stop in the middle, then the 2nd time, press start/stop on one half, and then press start/stop on the other half, and then just keep repeating that over nad over until you get to the universe screen. now, hit on the NA universe, now, just keep pressing start/stop every 3 seconds, until you get to the name screen, then, press X on connect, and then press start/stop over and over for 3 seconds, then wait 1 second or two then do it over and over until you get to the user agreement screen, then go all out and keep pressing it on and off while pressing X on accept, then once your main menu is highlighted, keep pressing start/stop and keep it going until you see the Banned Msg, now, keep pressing Start/Stop, and at the same time, keep pressing X on your controller. if you do it right, you should see the message disapear and still see briefing rooms and be able to scroll up/down them, if you cannot see your name or briefing rooms, then you pressed start/stop too much on the account logon screen.
(NOT PERFECTED)

[PROXIES!]

Educational section on Proxies as to what we can and cannot do with our Prone Teleport Ninja Jump.

Hard Proxy - Anything that won't let us go past it, even when teleporting. (This usually includes proxies where you could once T-Bone out like in Foxhunt at the fences, but they proxied those with these.)
Soft Proxy - Any Proxy that we can go threw. (Certain walls, etc.)
Special Proxy - You have to teleport a certain distance into the proxy in order to get past it. (Like the Foxhunt House Extraction exit door.)
-

Prone Porting Tips-
[1]If you are host, to travel the max ammount of distance as a person that isn't host, you have to let's say count to 10, if that is the case, then the max ammount of distance for a person who isn't host will be to count to 15.
[2]If you aren't host, how fast is the host? This will give it a 5 seconds differ rate, which makes it tough to get places, the slower the host, the better a chance you making a launch 300 feet foward. Sometimes we experience what we call fast-host where to get max distance as non-host you have to only count for 5 seconds, but remember, if we count for more, we only move 2 feet foward instead of 300.
[3]Proxies, yes, our prone port can go past proxies, but whenever we plan on going past a proxy, for some odd reason, it makes it so we have to count to even a lower number to go max distance, like let's say we already are experiencing fast-host and plan on going through two proxies to get to the place we want. Instead of counting to 5 like it saids, we have to count to three.
[4]Special Proxies? Yup, you heard it, there is proxies that give us way to outside the map, or in other places, but you have to 'count a certain distance' to get into, like to get out of hte Far Extraction in Foxhunt, you have to count to six with standard host. Do we know why? Nope.
[5]Distance you want to travel? Let's say you want to just jump a 4 foot gap, then you would only count to 3 as non-host, if you really want to jump 300 feet, then you have to count to 15 as non-host. This special property helps us cordinate where we want to land, not just do the same distance over and over, which is great in the long run considering if you do max distance, then you wouldn't be able to make it on the sniper towers on vigilance, etc. etc. (We can make it on both sniper towers. Basicly any building except for the buildings behind the terrorist spawn that border the back of the map. Those buildings have hard proxies around them so we can't pass them, but every other roof we can get on.)
[6] Prone Porting on a downward ledge while going foward will often kill you, but if you do it side-ways or backwards, you have a less of a chance of dieing.
[7] You can teleport on ledges going horizontal, like lets say a roof is like this:
/\
| |
~~
You can teleport from either side of the /\ top, just as long as you remain horizontal with the point of the roof.
[8] Basicly the most important tip is to get your groove on, you must do this constantly to get a feel on how much is too much, how little is too little, how much time is the right time, etc. etc. These tips will just help you get your groove on, but for the most part, it is up to you to practice it.

[WHAT-IF's on PRONE PORTING]
[1] If you do it but don't even teleport, you just fall down, you had start on for too long.
[2] If you teleport half-way, you didn't hold it in for long enough or it is just the fact that you were messaged over an Instant Messenger, AOL INSTANT MESSENGER IS VERY ANNOYING, If you get messaged while prone porting, you will skip and then fail. If someone logs on, or anything, and you get that dialog popping up in the bottom of your screen, it will also screw you up.
[3] What if I hit the thing but I bounce off, try aiming at differient places when your prone porting onto a roof, you will eventually find the right place and get it perfected.
[4] What If I die when prone porting? Well, you were doing it down a ledge then, if you are FORCED to do it while going down a ledge, we reccomend doing it sideways or backwards.
